Crash Chat
CrashChat was officially launched in early 2009 and was initially designed for apprentices. It has proven to be very popular because of the visual content and the ability to talk in real time with the trainer and peers. Since its inception we have been approached by several trades people and employers, whether we could make these short courses available for them too. Unbeknown by us, many have watched some of the segments of CrashChat and said they wouldn’t mind to learn “some of that new stuff” to top up their knowledge.
To make it easy for you to choose a suitable course, each course has a short description on what you can expect to learn. Under the title Target Audience, you get an idea at the level of the short course. Some are for trades people only, others are for apprentices only and some are suitable for both. You find the course list here.
Some of the courses are recorded and the latest live recording can be seen (Look for recording in the course prescription). The advantage is that recordings are accessible 24/7. However, the disadvantage is that you can not ask questions. Both options are the same low price and are accessed in the same way. You find more information on how to access CrashChat here.
